Midge is a mouse, and is one of the spirits found on Poveglia Island.
When talked to, Midge will give the player the 
Mouse Hat.
Dialogue

[edit | edit source]Midge: In honor of your having saved my soul I would like to give you this special Mouse Hat.
If the player has the Mouse Hat
[edit | edit source]Midge: When you wear that Mouse Hat you'll look just like I did when I was alive.
