Budo (also known as Bubo) is a character on AngelOak Island and Boracay Island.

If the player holds the mushroom dust in the Magic Bottle
Bubo: Take this medicine to all of the sick denizens that live in the tree.
It should help them recover.
Just come back here if you need any more.
