Cinder is an animal character that lives in the village on Boracay Island.
Dialogue

It's held in place by three ropes and it takes at least three of us to raise or lower it.
If you need to pass through you'll have to talk to Wendi.
She's probably near her house at the top of the village.
After the player lowers the bridge
